WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER YOU ENROLL IN BENEFITS

ARAG (Legal Insurance)​

  • You will receive a digital welcome email within 1–2 business days of your enrollment file being loaded, and again on your benefit effective date.​

  • The email includes a short welcome video, your member ID, and a link to the ARAG member portal. ​

  • If no email is on file, a hard copy welcome kit will be mailed.​

Experian​

  • You will receive a welcome email from Experian on your benefit effective date, which is the 1st of the month following your enrollment​

Fetch (Pet Insurance)​

  • You will receive a welcome email immediately after enrolling, with policy details and information about coverage and waiting periods. ​

  • Fetch also sends a series of onboarding emails during your first month. ​

  • Letters are only mailed if emails cannot be delivered.​

 

Guardian​

  • Guardian does not send welcome emails or letters. ​

  • You can view your benefit details and access your account at Guardian Anytime.​​

 

Kaiser​

  • You will receive a welcome letter by mail within 1–10 days of enrollment. The letter will include instructions for choosing your Primary Care Physician and creating your online account at kp.org.​

  • You should receive your ID card and full welcome packet by mail within 2 weeks of your benefit effective date. If not, call Kaiser Member Services at 1-800-464-4000.​

MetLife (Dental)​

  • MetLife does not send a welcome email or packet. ​

  • You can register on MyBenefits to view your coverage and print a dental ID card if desired. ID cards are not required for dental services. ​

  • The MetLife mobile app also provides access to ID cards.​

Navia (FSA/HSA)​

  • You will receive an emailed Welcome Letter the day after your enrollment is processed. It includes instructions for portal registration and your employer code.​

  • For HSA accounts, there may be a short delay due to banking verification, but communication is usually sent within a few days​

UnitedHealthcare (UHC)​

  • You will receive a welcome letter along with your ID card. ​

  • ID cards are typically generated within 3–5 business days after enrollment and mailed within 5–7 business days after that. ​

  • Processing times may vary slightly based on when your enrollment file is submitted.​

VSP (Vision Insurance)​

  • VSP does not send a welcome email upon enrollment. ​

  • You will receive a welcome letter only after you register for an account at VSP.com.​

  • ID cards are not required but are available for download after registration.​

  • The MetLife mobile app also provides access to ID cards.​
