We recognize the importance of mental health wellbeing and want to provide access to mental health care for our employees.

THESE SERVICES ARE FREE FOR YOU AND YOUR COVERED DEPENDENTS

You have several resources available to you. 

Confidential counseling and referral services designed to address significant life problems. ​

You also have access to resources through UHC or Kaiser. Most of these resources are available to your family members as well. 

EAP

EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

All Corsair employees and your dependents have access to 24/7 confidential mental health services through ComPsych in partnership with Guardian. This is an additional resource to help you deal with any personal problems that might adversely impact your work performance, health, or overall well-being. Your spouse or domestic partner, and your dependent children ages up to age 26 also have access to EAP services at no cost to you.

 

Program highlights:

  • Unlimited, confidential telephonic consultations with an EAP counselor

  • Three in-person or video counseling sessions per issue at no charge

  • Online resources and planning tools​

​You also have access to work-life services, including legal and financial counseling, child care and elder care referrals, and a robust library of digital tools and resources. Support is available for:
 

  • Child and elder care needs, as well as pet care

  • Adoption, family law, and other legal matters

  • Moving, relocation, and housing or government assistance

  • Financial planning, budgeting, debt, and insurance

  • Free consultations with legal professionals and discounted legal services

  • Online will preparation and estate planning tools

  • Access to articles, videos, trainings, and other digital resources
