USING YOUR VISION BENEFITS
The Vision Plan covers annual eye exams, as well as glasses or contacts. You can go to both in-network and out-of-network providers, however, you will pay less for in-network care.

ID cards are not necessary when you visit a vision provider. Simply provide your vision provider with your Social Security Number. Any dependents on your plan can also use your Social Security Number to get care.
