The dental plans feature a network of dentists and specialists who have agreed to provide services at a discounted price. If you choose to see a dentist out of the network, you may be billed for any charges over what is considered “reasonable and customary”. That means the best way to maximize your benefit is by obtaining care from an
in-network dentist.
