BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SOLUTIONS
With UHC you have access to quality clinical care, virtual services, mobile apps and more. Behavioral health advocates, clinicians and thousands of preferred providers can help guide you every step of the way with understanding, compassion and support for a number of issues.​
UHC offers support for managing symptoms of stress, anxiety, and depression through a personalized coaching program based on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) at no cost to you. The program pairs virtual live coaching sessions with digital resources. You will receive support from a dedicated behavioral health coach via 30-minute weekly calls and in-app messaging between sessions.
Child and Family Behavioral Coaching
Personalized, evidence-based coaching is available to help children ages 1-17 and their caregivers address mental and behavioral health needs, such as ADHD, anxiety, and relationship challenges. Coaches provide skill-building exercises and can assist families in navigating additional resources, including coordination with schools or outside providers when needed.

The UnitedHealthcare Cancer Support Program (CSP) provides compassionate guidance and answers for you or a family member who’s faced with cancer. If you’re preparing for cancer treatment or have already started, a nurse can help you navigate treatment options and find a network provider from a high-quality Centers of Excellence (COE) facility.
