Best of all, the payment is made directly to you, and is in addition to any other insurance you may have. It is yours to spend however you like, including for you and your family’s everyday living expenses.

When enrolled in the plan, you will receive a benefit payment once a year when you or a covered individual complete a routine wellness screening such as:

Mammogram
Colonoscopy
Chest x-ray
Fasting blood glucose test
PSA blood test
