MEDICAL & PRESCRIPTION
DRUG COVERAGE

Corsair offers comprehensive medical options to help you and your family protect your health.

Depending on where you live, you have several medical plans to choose from. Please be aware that, once you are enrolled, you will not have an opportunity to adjust your plan selection until the next open enrollment period, unless you experience a qualifying life event.

Obtaining care from in-network doctors and service providers can reduce your out-of-pocket expenses. You may choose to use out-of-network providers, but if you do, your benefits will be reduced, meaning your out-of-pocket expense will increase.

When selecting the plan that best suits you and your family’s needs, review your options, understand how each plan covers medical and prescription drug services, and ask yourself the following questions:

WHAT MEDICAL PLAN IS RIGHT FOR YOU?

The right medical plan for you depends on:

  • Your future healthcare needs

  • Your risk tolerance

  • Your preferences

UNDERSTANDING YOUR MEDICAL PLAN OPTIONS

Before enrolling for coverage, understand the types of plans offered. Do you want to pay lower per paycheck contributions but pay more at point of care? Do you want the choice to obtain care from in- or out of network providers, or only from in-network providers? The answers to these questions can help you decide which plan to enroll in.

All plans provide 100% coverage for in-network preventive care. Additionally, the plans also provide cost-sharing for services including: surgery, hospital stay, prescription drug, as well as mental health services. Your monthly costs and out-of-pocket expenses will vary based on the plan and coverage level you select.
