Our dental provider will be metlife
In 2025, MetLife will be out new dental provider. MetLife is a national carrier who covers 97% of the same providers as Guardian. Additionally, MetLife’s network includes many providers who were considered out-of-network under the Guardian plans. You still have the choice of both a high and low plan option, please review the plan documents for detailed information.

Are you currently in the middle of a dental service?
If you have dental treatments in progress, including braces, root canals, and crowns, you may be eligible for transition of care. Generally, MetLife will credit your current lifetime maximums, deductibles and other plan limits used under Guardian—meaning you don’t have to start over or pay duplicative out-of-pocket expenses. Any remaining benefits will be paid according to the Corsair MetLife plan. Details are posted on the Corsair Benefits site; if you have specific questions or concerns, please contact MetLife at 800-GET-MET8.
